Job Title : Steelstore Support-1 Reporting To: Warehouse Auxiliary Team Lead Work Schedule: Onsite – Tarlac CIty, PH Conducting daily cycle count, as directed by Moog and in reference to existing Moog work instructions (SWI and BMDL documents), to verify the following: Quantity and inventory location are consistent with database records.
Materials are adequately packaged, stored, and protected from deterioration. Perform an immediate reconciliation for any items that show a variance or deviation from the Moog ERP. Assisting in stock verification and reporting discrepancies or stock shortages immediately. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the Steel Stores area.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies while handling materials. Reporting any damages, nonconformities, or other issues to the warehouse management promptly. Provide support in the following activities once cycle count is completed or if there no scheduled count for the day: Storage and movement of Raw materials and non-production items.
Coordinating with Steelstore supervisor to maintain inventory control and stock accuracy. Locating and put away of raw materials to storage locations. Locating and picking raw materials from warehouse storage locations. Shipment preparation Education, Training, and Experience: Completed at least of 3 years of College Education or Technology Graduate with at least 6 months manufacturing experience.
Personnel with at least 6 months experience in warehouse operations Must possess basic inventory and record-keeping skills. Ability to work efficiently during the day shift, 6 days a week. Proficiency in following safety and operational procedures. Ability to operate forklifts and reach truck. NC2 certified forklift Operator
