Coordinator of Board Relations

The Coordinator of Board Relations supports the governance and operations of the Board of Directors, partnering with the CEO, Board leadership, and executive staff to advance strategic priorities and ensure effective board engagement. This role oversees board recruitment, onboarding, education, policies, bylaws, compliance records, meeting administration, and the governance calendar.

The Coordinator also collaborates with leadership to execute board meetings, retreats, organizational events, and special projects that strengthen stakeholder engagement and support the organization's mission.
