Job Responsibilities
Source and recruit blue-collar candidates across South 24 Parganas. Conduct field sourcing drives and candidate interviews. Coordinate onboarding and joining activities. Meet hiring targets through regular field visits.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring. Experience hiring Packer, Picker, Sorter, Loader, Unloader, Data Entry Operator, ITI and similar profiles. Minimum 12th Pass.
