E&M Sales Manager (Electrical & Mechanical Materials, MiMEP)

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) materials, including MiMEP (Multi-trade Integrated MEP) products.· Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users in the E&M industry.· Lead tender preparation and submission for E&M projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.· Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.· Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the E&M sector.

Requirements

• Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline preferred.· Proven sales experience in the E&M industry, with knowledge of materials and products.· Familiarity with material specification and submission files in construction or E&M projects.· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.· Fluent in English and Cantonese.Mandarin is a plus.
