Job description
Manage supply chain planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping, and logistics. Establish various systems such as MPS, JIT, MRP, LSS, etc., to improve supply chain efficiency. Collaborate and coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth order execution, improving OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
Develop SOPs and action plans for the standardization of systems and processes, bench marking against industry best practices. Establish a dynamic replenishment model that balances cost, quality, lead-time, and inventory optimization. Manage inventory of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, ensuring timely clearance of slow-moving stocks.
Explore possibilities for automating manual processes through digitization initiatives and software implementations. Foster team dynamics by mentoring and coaching to achieve individual and departmental KPIs Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automation manufacturing industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.)
Experience in operations and supply chain management.
