Job Purpose Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Trade and Store Services team, taking care of trade marketing coordination and logistics and providing administrative support and delivery in PoS.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Marketing Coordination and Logistics Support in the execution of field sales marketing plan Coordinate with Field Sales, Commercial Development, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics for effective trade marketing coordination & logistics Manage internal/ external customer requests and support the activation of external agencies for the production of assets for trade price & promotions management; manage trade promotion billing and settlement PoS Materials Inventory/Logistics Management Point of Sale Materials data management and governance – creation and maintenance of key attributes, such as brand, category, delivery type, unit cost, images, related products and material notifications Coordination of POSM stock distribution across all CCEP environments and sales channels, with application of relevant quotas to ensure balanced and strategic allocation Support the effective delivery of POS (point of sale) related activities, including coordination of POS materials Support Trade Marketing execution and alignment with in-store promotional plans Support planning and execution of POS initiatives to ensure timely availability and consistency in the market Support in the PoS materials inventory / logistics management by engaging external agencies for materials production/replenishment in PoS, managing trade promotion logistics & delivery, performing service level and inventory stocks monitoring and controlling budget POSM reporting - r esponsible for the creation, maintenance, and communication of reports to support business insights and decision-making New tools or system testing ownership Integration Issue Management - monitor, manage, and resolve integration failures or issues impacting POSL operations.

System Development Coordination - act as the primary liaison with IT for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Key Stakeholders Internal: Field Sales, Commercial Development, Trade & Store Business Partner, IT, Supply chain External: 3 rd party POSM logistics provider, 3 rd party POSM producer, Warehouse Language Capability & expert level English – proficient Dutch/French - proficient Capability required & Expert level Agency / External Partner Management Stakeholder management & coordination Data quality assurance and cleansing Critical thinking and problem-solving Analytical reasoning Niche skills Several 3rd party software (POSM ordering/management) Salesforce Affinity for data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
