The Job Includes:
- Attending to all internal and external customer inquiries through telephone and emails in adherence to set policies and standards
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and customers regarding flight plans and deviations
- Coordinating with resorts regarding overnights for flight crew Requirements
- Minimum GCE A/L or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Sound customer service orientation
- Experience in MS office software
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
