Job description
As a Software Engineer you will be based in Poland, but the people who will become your closest business partners are in Paris, Hong Kong, and New York. They are a global player on FX, Rates and Credit markets, providing financial solutions to investors around the clock. You will be providing them agile development and support capability for volatility products (FX options and exotic) on pricing. This opportunity will allow you to be part of a team with a variety of skills. You will need to understand the business line challenges to propose and build adapted and innovative solutions.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
**Global Application Development: **Maintaining and enhancing our global trading applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business partners in Paris, Hong Kong, and New York
**Cloud-Native Solutions: **Developing and deploying cloud-native applications that address new business requirements, leveraging the latest technologies
Support & Innovation: Taking ownership of the solutions you build, supporting legacy systems, and collaborating with global teams to ensure continuous improvement
**Best Practices & Craftsmanship: **Applying software craftsmanship, including microservice architecture, domain-driven design, and automated CI/CD, to deliver high-quality solutions
**Trader Collaboration: **Working closely with traders to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and designing solutions that drive business success
