We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will primarily be responsible for trash service - collecting, loading, and disposing of residential waste. Key duties include lifting heavy trash bags, operating truck compactors, and following assigned safety routes, as well as the upkeep, routine servicing, and repair of our facilities and common grounds.
