Based in Mumbai, this field-intensive position demands over 15 days of travel monthly and requires a B.Sc. in Agriculture (advanced degrees preferred) alongside 10–15 years of technical experience in agricultural inputs.
Requirements
B.Sc. Agriculture mandatory. M.Sc. / Ph.D. preferred (Agronomy, Soil Science). 10–15 years in agri-input technical roles.Team leadership experience. Multi-crop expertise (cereals, vegetables, plantations). Biological / microbial deep domain knowledge. Data management (geo-tagged trial databases). University / KVK institutional networks.
15+ field days monthly travel. Training capability for field forces. Commercial acumen (pricing, positioning input).
