Join one of Ireland’s leading real estate investment firms managing €1bn+ in assets across Europe. As Portfolio Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing our high-quality residential portfolio on behalf of institutional investors. The Role: Oversee and enhance performance across our PRS portfolio Support investment analysis and execution of new acquisitions Assist in capital raising efforts (debt & equity) Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives Conduct market research, financial modelling, and due diligence Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in real estate investment or asset management Strong financial and analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Argus a plus) Bachelor’s in business, economics, or mathematics (CFA/MBA a bonus) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a positive attitude To discuss this opportunity in confidence contact Diarmuid Clancy via dclancy@elevatepartners.
