Job description
The Production Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all production employee activities related to producing the highest quality product delivered at the lowest possible cost. This role leads all Fabrication activity within the Shelbyville plant and manages all interactions involving Pilkington North America.
Responsibilities include
overseeing material flow, escalating issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective communication between Shelbyville (the supplying facility) and customers.
