Job description
This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining the methods, sequences and processes of manufacturing operations for intricate and/or complex machined parts and assemblies that meet design and quality requirements. Work with cell management, tool design, and fixture designs. Provide manufacturability input and manufacturing plans for product design or modification.
Develop cost estimates for new products, conduct time studies on manufacturing processes, participate in plant audit processes, lead continuous improvement projects and kaizen events that support the Lean Manufacturing methodology and train others on implementation and use of lean tools.
