-System Technical Customization & Alignment: Standard Intake Mapping, Classification Tool Integration, Minimum Data Set Optimization, and Indicator Bank Programming. -Coordination & Information Security: Anonymization and Safety Guardrails, and Horizontal Inter-Agency Pathways. -Capacity Building & Handover: Training, System Rollout Support, and Documentation.

Delivery dates and how work will be delivered: Inception Report: Detailed work plan and architectural mapping. -Expected Delivery date: 15 August 2026 Customized Core System Interface: Beta configuration of digital intake and ID generator -Expected Delivery Date: 15 September 2026 Integrated Indicator Module & Dashboard: Functional reporting backend.

Requirements

Advanced degree in Information/Computer Science, Statistics; Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing data systems. Strong Linux/DevOps skills and Ansible proficiency. Expertise in GBV data management. Demonstrated mastery of survivor-centered approaches and the "Do No Harm" principle in digital contexts.

Proven experience navigating Zimbabwe data policy frameworks and multi-sectoral institutional environments. Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Shona and/or Ndebele.
