Job description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support facility operations through electrical work, equipment repair, and general building maintenance. This role includes installing and troubleshooting 110/208v and 480/600v systems, servicing HVAC units and fire extinguishers, and maintaining powered industrial trucks such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
The technician will coordinate with vendors, ensure safety compliance, and help keep the facility clean and organized. Candidates must be comfortable working in physically demanding environments, including outdoor conditions and elevated areas, and capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.
