Job description
The Dougherty Solid Waste Department is hiring for a Solid Waste Director. The purpose of this position is to lead the Dougherty County Solid Waste Department; its’ budget, operations, environmental compliance, and the gas system. This class formulates long-range goals for the organization, develop policy and position papers and negotiates with the chief administrative officer and/or elected officials.
