Our successful Laundry Attendants …
- fulfil all functions of the Laundry and Valet Service including the disposal of waste, cleanliness of the laundry, managing the linen stock and handling the laundry equipment.
- fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
- carefully complete dockets and room attendant worksheets
- maintain the health , hygiene and professional appearance of the Laundry and all who work in it
- facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded
- work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards .
