Job description

Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of urban biodiversity park projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with government agencies, corporate partners, and technical experts to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee landscape design, species selection, plantation, and ecological restoration activities aligned with biodiversity goals.

Roles and Responsibilities Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of urban biodiversity park projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with government agencies, corporate partners, and technical experts to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee landscape design, species selection, plantation, and ecological restoration activities aligned with biodiversity goals.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards while ensuring environmental compliance and safety norms. Supervise field teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure effective delivery and maintenance of project sites. Document project progress, prepare reports, and support communication efforts to highlight project impact and learnings.

Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in implementation of urban restoration projects, project management, or operations, preferably in the environmental, rural development, or sustainability sector. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, client relations, budgeting, and on-ground execution is essential.
