Position Overview

We are looking for an Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for issuing invoices, managing accounts receivable processes, and ensuring accurate financial records while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Issue sales invoices and credit memos Generate electronic payment receipts (REP’s) Follow up with customers to confirm invoice receipt Reconcile customer balances and accounts receivable Perform bank reconciliations Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and general ledger entries Support month-end and year-end closing activities Analyze accounts receivable data (aging, trends, variances) Assist in the preparation of financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations Identify opportunities for process improvement Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or accounting roles Technical Skills: SAP (required). Advanced Excel Experience with ERP systems (OA is a plus) Knowledge of electronic invoicing processes (CFDI, REP) Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail Analytical thinking Organizational and follow-up skills Effective communication Results-oriented mindset Negotiation skills Teamwork and collaboration Languages Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)
