Shift Supervisor 3Pm - 11Pm

Supervisors are responsible for ensuring teams of Mental Health Specialists (MHS) deliver exceptional direct care services in a house or on a unit under the direction of a Therapist or a Mental Health Professional (MHP) who is responsible for residents’ Active Treatment Plans. Supervisors have one of the most influential roles in our residents’ progress in treatment.

Through management of the logistical functions related to the operation of a house or unit, Supervisors are essentially responsible for creating and maintaining an environment which supports a positive, therapeutic culture on a unit or in a house.
