  • Fund Accounting and Administration to join our Fund Accounting Oversight Team. This role is located in Luxembourg. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Perform daily NAV oversight, including review of NAV calculations, validations, exception reports and sign ‑ off, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to control standards. Review reconciliations, valuation inputs, pricing exceptions and complex transactions, escalating and resolving issues where required. Monitor and manage fund lifecycle events (Performance fee crystallisations, launches, liquidations, in species), ensuring correct booking, processing and disclosure. Act as a key point of contact for client queries, providing timely, accurate responses and ensuring issues are tracked, resolved and appropriately escalated. Manage and respond to auditor requests and queries, including provision of supporting documentation, explanations of accounting treatments and coordination of audit deliverables. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, risk, compliance, onboarding, middle office) to support smooth delivery of operational and project objectives What you will drive: Client Delivery: Ensure the provision of accurate and timely services to all internal and external parties. Monitor daily processes ensuring appropriate levels of review and control. Operational Delivery: Manage deliverables and operations across multiple clients, time-zones and different fund accounting operational processes. Control Environment Oversight: Responsibility for maintaining a robust control environment for the function while managing risk. Operational Governance: Ensure team adherence to established processes, controls, procedures and systems, foster a proactive culture of issue identification and escalation, and resolve complex operational issues escalated by the team. Client and External Party Management: Ensure effective communication and maintain strong relationships with clients and external parties, including auditors and regulators. Client On‑Boarding: Oversee and manage the onboarding of new business into the team. Outsourcing Governance: Assistance in monitoring and maintaining outsourcing governance in accordance with CSSF Circulars To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 7+ years of the relevant fund accounting experience, ideally Big Four background Proven experience overseeing complex fund structures (UCITS, Hedge Funds) Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements, including CSSF Circulars, UCITS Demonstrated expertise in NAV oversight, multi ‑ currency and multi ‑ share ‑ class environments Experience managing performance fees, complex fee structures and valuations Familiarity with leading fund accounting systems and outsourced operating models Strong track record in managing operational risk, controls and governance frameworks Experience handling complex escalations and interacting with auditors, regulators and depositaries Ability to manage deliverables across multiple clients, time zones and operational processes Good working knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS reporting guidelines. Knowledge of risk frameworks, KPIs, SLAs and operational control reporting Ability to drive operational efficiency, process improvement and automation initiatives Senior-level communication and leadership skills; ability to provide functional leadership, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.
