Beverage Manufacturing - Team Lead, 3rd shift

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Lead to join our team in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility. Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Production Lead will collaborate with the Quality and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations while maintaining high-quality standards.

This position involves significant leadership responsibilities, including blending, batching, machine operation, and training/coaching operators and laborers.
