Role Overview We are looking for someone who can drive end-to-end hiring, with a strong focus on physician and healthcare talent acquisition. This role will play a critical part in scaling high-quality teams for a fast-growing, non-traditional healthcare model.

The ideal candidate is proactive, stakeholder-oriented, and experienced in managing complex hiring cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment across roles, with a focus on physicians and clinical talent Manage candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management Drive closing conversations in partnership with senior stakeholders to improve offer conversion rates Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes Collaborate with leadership on hiring plans, prioritization, and process improvements Re-engage and nurture high-potential candidates from past pipelines Requirements 4–7 years of experience in recruitment in healthcare / startup / high-growth environments Strong experience in stakeholder management & end-to-end recruitment Proven ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Data-driven mindset with attention to detail AI-native and strong G Suite knowledge What We’re Looking For High ownership and execution focus Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders Strong candidate empathy and relationship-building skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment ?
