Job description
Berkeley College is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Woodand Park, NJ. Under the direction of the Director of Building and Grounds, performs various repair tasks in the following areas: painting, moderate electrical, moderate plumbing, moderate carpentry, minor HVAC (filter changes) and climate control, minor lock repair, minor appliance repair.
Also perform custodial and trash removal as needed. Snow removal is required. Moving and room set up/breakdown for campus events. May be asked to work at multiple locations.
