Job description
The Business Operations & Servicing Title Coordinator is responsible for ensuring proper lien perfection on all secured consumer and business loans through accurate processing of vehicle titles and related Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). This position supports lending staff, maintains secure and orderly title records, ensures timely lien placement and release, and communicates extensively with members, staff, dealerships, and state agencies.
The role includes processing select loan servicing transactions and identifying potential risks related to collateral documentation
