Financial Service Representative MSC

As a Financial Service Representative, you will provide exceptional member experience to members and contribute to the success of the Member Solutions Centre (MSC) through the achievement of established retail sales goals and the application of member relationship management tools and techniques. Using telephone and digital technology, provide the full range of retail deposit, lending and investment services to meet individual member needs and support members in meeting their financial goals.

You will also make informed referrals across all lines of business, process overdrafts and lines of credit within established loan policy and authorized limits. You may assist with estate administration. You will also actively participate in MSC product and service campaigns.
