PACT MSO has a Rheumatology office that is seeking a Supervisor. The hours will be Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 6:30pm. This position requires traveling between Orange, Hamden and Guilford and will follow the provider to each location.
The Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight to the staff. They work collaboratively with other departments and divisions, plan, organize and trouble shoots issues. Resolves complex issues, timecards, schedules, and address discipline and performance issues.
