As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will lead quality assurance and validation activities for Electrical & Electronics (E&E) systems throughout the product development lifecycle. The role is responsible for driving testing quality, establishing validation processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring product reliability before mass production.
This position requires strong technical expertise in Electrical & Electronics systems, combined with experience in project coordination, quality management, and continuous process improvement within Automotive, Electric Vehicle (EV), or related industries. Lead quality assurance and validation activities for Electrical & Electronics systems.
Develop and continuously improve testing processes, quality standards and validation procedures. Plan and coordinate testing activities, ensuring project milestones, quality objectives and resource utilization are achieved. Analyze quality issues, identify causes and drive corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality, Testing or Validation within the Electrical & Electronics, Automotive or EV industry. Proven experience leading quality or testing activities, including project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong understanding of product validation, quality management and continuous improvement methodologies. Good English communication skills for technical discussions and collaboration with global stakeholders.
