Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic and consultative partner to assigned division and program leaders, aligning people strategies with operational priorities, workforce needs, and Agency goals. This role advises leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness, with accountability for promoting consistent HR practices, timely resolution of workplace concerns, and proactive identification of workforce risks and opportunities.
