The CL Onboarding Specialist plays a vital role in expanding and strengthening RCN Capital’s network of Correspondent Lender (CL) partners. This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new CLs, guiding them through each stage of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth, organized, and engaging experience.
By leveraging tools like Salesforce, Forecasa, and LinkedIn, along with creative outreach through podcasting and video content, the CL Onboarding Specialist helps drive brand visibility, build meaningful industry connections, and uncover emerging lending partners.
