Job description
The Senior Manager – Construction provides strategic and operational leadership for the construction and controls functions, overseeing a portfolio of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout. This role also has oversight of the Controls Dept (planning, staffing, and projects). This role is accountable for project execution, workforce planning, subcontractor strategy, safety, quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional coordination.
