Director of Learner Services Autism 360 – North Carolina’s largest privately held autism services provider Job type Full‑time

What you’ll do Lead clinical quality and outcomes for your assigned caseload Minimum 20-25 supervision hours per week. Full time in clinic. Supervise RBTs, ensuring ethical, sustainable ABA delivery Own treatment planning, supervision standards, and family collaboration Partner with operations on RBT retention, staffing, and onboarding so turnover doesn’t land solely on your shoulders Drive culture, mentorship, and team development within your clinic What we’ve improved based on BCBA feedback Structured caseload caps and support when volumes spike Higher bar for RBT hiring plus stronger onboarding and training Clear separation between clinical work and admin, with more infrastructure support Requirements Active BCBA certification 2+ years of clinical experience, with prior leadership or mentorship preferred Strong clinical judgment and team leadership capability Commitment to ethical, data‑driven ABA Benefits Medical, dental, vision PTO and paid holidays CEU support and leadership development 401(k) Quick response: we aim to contact qualified BCBA applicants same day or next business day Autism 360 is an equal opportunity employer.
