The Business Analyst, HRIS acts as the primary conduit between Human Resources stakeholders and the IT department to enhance system capabilities and business workflows. This role focuses on documenting business requirements, identifying operational inefficiencies, and executing technical configurations within the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) ecosystem.
The analyst maintains data integrity through meticulous testing, standard and ad-hoc report development, and proactive problem-solving. This position serves as a reliable functional and technical point of contact across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Training functions, ensuring system updates align smoothly with business objectives.
