Job description
Our community maintenance technician performs a variety of tasks throughout the day. The day to day in the maintenance department involves maintaining our community with interior and exterior repairs and upkeep, responding to resident request for a variety of calls for repairs, prepare and assist in market ready units for the next resident. Our maintenance team works with customer focus, works in a safe environment, and maintains a safety conscious environment. Don’t have all the skills or knowledge below, it’s okay! The willingness to learn and basic knowledge of tools, household appliances and structures is a starting point.
