The Operations Supervisor is an entry-level leadership position responsible for directing and supervising the daily operations of an assigned department within the Maui Concrete and Aggregate Division. The position provides leadership for employees engaged in aggregate production, quarry operations, ready-mix concrete operations, transportation, and related support activities while ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and profitable operations.
