YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Mentorship & Data Coordinator (1)

This operations-focused role manages the program's mentor credentialing process, coordinating training logistics, tracking participant progress, and ensuring credentialing requirements are completed in partnership with the Program Coordinator. The role also maintains attendance and program data, supports reporting and dashboards, and contributes to youth programming.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and confident using spreadsheets and data tools to maintain accurate, audit-ready records and keep operations running smoothly.
