Job description
Provides consistent oversight of the Yorktown Waterfront area in addition to providing quality customer service to visitors and residents. Assists visitors and residents with questions and/or concerns; provides marketing materials, brochures, maps, directions, and information on the free trolley service. Anticipates the needs of the visitors and residents; responds quickly and professionally to all requests or inquiries.
