EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE: We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and managed residential properties. Basic maintenance or cleaning experience is required; we provide paid, on-the-job training and opportunities to earn professional certifications. Working closely with our local management office, you will manage your daily schedule and help maintain the functionality, safety, and curb appeal of shared community spaces, recreational areas, and residential common areas.
