Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading technology solutions provider in Doha, Qatar. Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Net. Suite Product Specialist (Arabic Speaking) to join their Business Solutions team. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering end-to-end Net. Suite implementations, from presales and solution design through to deployment and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Design
- Participate in client discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution design
- Deliver product demonstrations and support presales activities
- Build client relationships and provide functional expertise during the sales cycle Implementation & Configuration
- Lead full-cycle Net. Suite implementations including configuration, testing, go-live, and support
- Configure core modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM
- Implement multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and consolidation structures
- Support data migration, master data setup, and system cutover planning Customization & Development
- Build and maintain Suite. Flow workflows, custom records, forms, and fields
- Develop dashboards and reports using Suite. Analytics
- Write and maintain Suite. Script (2.x) for automation and system enhancements Integration & Support
- Coordinate integrations with third-party systems such as PMS, POS, and HRMS platforms
- Manage API-based integrations and data import/export processes
- Provide end-user training, system demos, and post-go-live support Requirements Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Systems - 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Net. Suite (implementation/configuration/support)
- Mandatory: Arabic speaking Technical Skills
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Operations modules in Net. Suite
- Experience with Suite. Flow, Suite. Script (2.x), and Suite. Analytics
- Exposure to API integrations and data migration processes
- Net. Suite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Suite. Foundation) are preferred Soft Skills
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery independently
