• Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications, and nail extensions.
• Design and execute custom nail art using a range of techniques, colors, and materials.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend personalized nail treatments and designs.
• Keep all tools, workstations, and equipment clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in nail art and care.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and professional client experience.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and reporting supply needs to management.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in nail technology is preferred. - 0–1 year of hands-on experience in a salon or beauty environment (apprenticeships and internships count).
• Proficiency in gel nail application, acrylics, nail art, and nail shaping techniques.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, sterilization, and infection control practices.
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and artistic ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset.
• Familiarity with beauty industry software and digital booking systems is a plus.
