** Position Overview **
The Rosemary Rose Lounge is seeking a skilled, polished, and hospitality ‑ driven Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values craft, consistency, and creating memorable guest experiences. As a Bartender, you’ll execute a refined cocktail program, maintain a warm and welcoming bar environment, and contribute to the elevated service standards that define The Quoin.
** Key Responsibilities **

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non ‑ alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail

Execute a curated cocktail menu featuring seasonal ingredients and rooftop ‑ inspired builds

Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service

Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations

Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
** Qualifications **

2+ years of bartending experience in a high ‑ volume or upscale bar or restaurant

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
