Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

Lutheran Social Services is currently seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team. FCT is a home-based method of treatment that focuses on 4 phases; Joining and Assessment, Restructuring, Valuing Change, and Generalization. Clinicians in the program see the entire family unit as defined by the family as the client and conduct several multi-hour sessions are conduct in the home weekly.

This position will work as a FCT Therapist as well as a mentor providing therapeutic mentoring. This position performs work involving clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals and their family with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders within the evidenced-based model of FCT.
