Job description
- Conducting In-process Inspection activities as per the control plans and ensuring that parts are accepted at each stage before transferred to the subsequent stage.
- Precision Measurement CMM and Micrometers
- CNC/VMC Knowledge
- GD T and Drawing Interpretation.
- Problem-solving to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address issues and reduce scrap.
Requirements
Proficiency in using a variety of precision measuring instruments Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings . Familiarity with programming and operating CMMs Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
