Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive change management and adoption programs for internal customers. Develop high-impact training content and enablement materials tailored to diverse user needs. Support and coordinate the AI Champions network, including program logistics and knowledge sharing. Monitor and analyze adoption metrics such as Copilot usage, active users, and feature consumption.
Generate regular reports on adoption trends and business uplift, informing strategic decisions. Facilitate the AI Champions forum, capturing and disseminating best practices across teams.
