Job description
The City of Roanoke is seeking an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney II to perform difficult professional work in the enforcement of criminal laws under the Commonwealth of Virginia and ordinances under the City of Roanoke. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of misdemeanor and felony cases as determined by the Commonwealth's Attorney, prosecute cases before all Courts of the City of Roanoke, and assist police officers in the preparation of criminal trials.
