YD Broward - Success Coach, LEAP, 26-27 School Year

The Success Coach is primarily responsible for the engagement, assessment to determine needs, goal development and creation of extended learning opportunities to help L.E.A.P. High Afterschool students successfully transition to high school (9th through12th Grades), develop meaningful relationships with their families, school and community, stay on track for graduation and begin to develop a plan for post- secondary success .
