• Perform installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and components in electronics manufacturing environments.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and system malfunctions using multi meters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical infrastructure to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards during all electrical work.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to implement design improvements and system upgrades.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and safety inspections in a centralized maintenance management system.
• Assist in commissioning new equipment and integrating electrical systems into existing production lines.
• Support root cause analysis for electrical failures and recommend corrective actions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or a related field is preferred. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, repair, or installation within industrial or electronics manufacturing settings.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to use test instruments including multi meters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, and industrial control systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols, lockout/tag out (LOTO), and arc flash safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
• Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
