The Senior Controls Advisor supports the Controls Manager in strengthening the organization's governance, risk management, internal control, and compliance framework. This role serves as a senior subject matter expert and trusted advisor to management, partnering with business functions across Operations, Maintenance, Commercial, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and Legal to identify and mitigate risks, improve business processes, and enhance operational effectiveness.
