Your role
at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards across construction sites. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments while identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture. Monitor HSE performance, prepare reports, and communicate status updates to project and corporate stakeholders. Support accident investigations, safety planning, and collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, construction site safety management, and risk assessment methodologies. Experience conducting HSE audits and training, ideally within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 environments.
