Senior Developer – AI/ML & Agentic AI Job Details Job Title: Senior Developer – AI/ML & Agentic AI Experience: 4–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office Work Location: Coimbatore Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Electronics, or a related field Openings: 1 Job Summary We are looking for a technically strong Senior Developer – AI/ML & Agentic AI with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, NLP, and scalable AI solution development. Experience in Finance or Supply Chain domain projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions. Build machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, and predictive analytics. Develop scalable ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment. Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization. Generative AI & Agentic AI Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Build intelligent AI agents using Agentic AI frameworks such as Lang. Graph, CrewAI, and Auto. Gen. Implement multi-agent workflows, memory management, tool calling, and reasoning capabilities. Fine-tune and optimize open-source and proprietary LLMs for domain-specific use cases.

API Development & Data Engineering Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for AI applications. Perform data preprocessing using Pandas and Num. Py. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms. Deployment & Collaboration Manage model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining pipelines.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Prepare technical documentation and reusable AI components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
